Products sold by SocialPulseLLC are calculated in U.S. Dollars (US$). All prices quoted exclude shipping.

Shipping MAY take 3-6 weeks. Throughout different times of the year demand is greater than others, so we always state 3-6 weeks. However, we always do our best to plan for those times of the year so we can avoid “back orders.” Most orders, when in stock, ship within 2 business days. For all customized orders, delivery times will vary. Estimated shipping dates will be provided to you upon order confirmation.

Please Note: Customers mailing in a check or a money order must expect additional delays in shipping until payment has cleared.

Orders can be cancelled only prior to payment processing. Orders that are being packaged for shipping, can not be cancelled. All customized orders can not be cancelled and are “Final Sale”.

If your order cannot be shipped within the stated delivery date, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

We will gladly accept any return within 30 days, provided the item is in new or like-new condition (see Return Policy). We will only issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse. Custom orders can only be returned for exchange of same product.

For all shipments, we will strive to use the most cost-effective shipping method and review shipping options with the client prior to shipping.

We collect several types of information on our Site. We collect "Personal Information", which generally speaking is information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name and address. We also collect "Non-personal Information", which is information about you that does not itself identify you individually. Examples of Non-personal Information include age range and gender. We also collect "Aggregate Information", which is information about use of our site, such as pages visited on our Site. The information we collect depends on what services you use on our Site.

The website owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to the purchase or use of any products from this website, your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the website owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

In order to expedite and control the cost of disputes, you and Social Pulse LLC agree that any legal or equitable claim relating to use of this website or the use or purchase of any products from this website (referred to as a “Claim”) will be resolved as follows:

A. Informal Resolution

You and Social Pulse LLC will first attempt to resolve any Claim informally. In the event that any dispute between Social Pulse LLC and you arises out of or relates to these Terms and Conditions, the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to the use of this website, use or purchase of any products from this website, or to breach or enforcement, interpretation or validity of these Terms and Conditions, you and we agree to try to promptly resolve any such dispute informally. Please send a written notice describing the dispute to info@socialpulsellc.com.

B. FORMAL RESOLUTION BY ARBITRATION/CLASS ACTION WAIVER 

READ THE FOLLOWING ARBITRATION PROVISION CAREFULLY, IT LIMITS YOUR RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION. You agree that any dispute, controversy or Claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the applicability of these Terms and Conditions as to the use of this website, use or purchase of any products from this website, or to breach or enforcement, interpretation or validity of these Terms and Conditions, or the determination of the scope or applicability of Arbitration shall be governed solely by the Federal Arbitration Act.

If you and Social Pulse LLC cannot resolve a Claim informally, any Claim asserted by either party will be resolved only by binding Arbitration. By agreeing to Arbitration, both you and Social Pulse LLC understand and agree that all disputes shall be decided by an arbitrator and that you are waiving your rights to maintain other available resolution processes, such as a court action or administrative proceeding, to settle disputes. Instead of suing in court, both you and Social Pulse LLC each agree to settle disputes (except certain small claims) only by Arbitration. ARBITRATION MEANS THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The rules in Arbitration are different. There is no judge or jury, and review is limited, but an arbitrator can award the same damages and relief and must honor the same limitations stated in these Terms and Conditions as a court would.

CHILDREN

Our Site is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of 13 should not provide any Personal Information on this Site. We ask that parents supervise their children while online.

The product warranty will cover any defects presumed to have existed at the time of delivery or which become apparent within the period of the warranty term.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support department (support@socialpulsellc.com) and provide detailed information about the defect. Please note that your product might be changed to a newer model, of no lesser value than the original product if the model that you originally purchased is no longer in production. Please be advised that you will have to return the defective item at your expense in order for us to replace your product.

Within a 30 Day Period from the delivery date of your order (to be determined by the tracking number provided) any customer who is not satisfied, can return the product for a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer support department  (support@socialpulsellc.com) explaining why you want to return your product so our support team can send you further instructions.

Please note that a restocking fee of 15% is applied to all customer returns. Return shipping will have to be covered by the customer and any related fees will not be compensated by us.

We will provide a refund for the returned product within 14 days from receiving the product at our return address. However, please note that we will only accept the returned product if it is in like-new condition, has not been damaged and has been sent back to us in the original packaging. A refund might take up to 5 days to reach your bank account after it's made.
